Introduction to Machine Tool Structure
1. This machine tool is newly designed and manufactured specifically for corrugated roller grinding, and has applied for a national patent.
2. The machine tool adopts a crossbeam frame moving structure, and the worktable is fixed between the two guide rails of the bed. The grinding head component is installed on the crossbeam for vertical movement and follows the crossbeam for longitudinal movement. When grinding the maximum outer diameter, the outer diameter of the workpiece can be measured.
3. Install a diamond roller dresser directly above the grinding wheel for easy dressing of the wheel. The dresser bearing is an IBC high-precision spindle bearing.
4. The grinding head can move laterally on the crossbeam, driven by a servo motor and ball screw transmission, and equipped with a manual locking mechanism.
5. The longitudinal movement of the crossbeam is driven by a servo motor, with precision gear rack transmission and the use of anti backlash gears.
The guide rail and gear rack protection should be reasonable and aesthetically pleasing, and no grinding fluid should enter.
6. The workbench is equipped with head and tail frames, which are precision indexing mechanisms driven by servo motors, equipped with hydraulic locking devices, and closed-loop control of circular grating angle encoders. The workpiece is clamped by four screws with locking devices on the head frame. The shortest shaft head is 180mm, and the maximum outer diameter of the tail bracket support is 160mm and the minimum is 50mm. The longitudinal movement of the tailstock is a sliding guide rail, and the locking device is easy to operate.
7. Automatic monitoring of cooling water tank level, low water level alarm. Automatic monitoring of cooling pump operation, shutdown alarm. The magnetic separator filters iron filings, the labyrinth channel filters other impurities, and the filter screen is easy to replace and clean. Always align the cooling water position with the grinding point. The grinding fluid flows back smoothly and works continuously for 24 hours without blockage, and cannot mix with lubricating oil. Reasonable and aesthetically pleasing protection against splashing of grinding fluid.
